We pride ourselves on the individuality of our products and designs. We showcase many designs on the website and display several design samples in our showroom, and we can also custom make a piece to suit your style and taste. If you have selected a sample piece from our showroom, your final piece may exhibit some different natural characteristics to the piece displayed. Timber pieces (Pinewood, Oakwood, Teak, Solid wood, etc.) will, in particular, vary in color and appearance. It is natural for timber to display different qualities including, but not limited to: timber grain, color, gum veins, scars, knots, and natural movement. Any differences in the initial appearance as a result of environmental changes or natural aging of pieces, ie cracks and splits, shrinkage, and expansion, and bowing which are derived or inherent to their materials, are not considered as defects or flaws, nor will they be covered by warranty. Every piece we make is perfectly unique. This is one of the best things about our furniture- no two pieces are the same!
