Wool Rugs are extremely durable, making them well suited to entryways, hallways, bedroom and living room. Lanolin, a naturally occurring oil in wool, makes wool rugs more resistant to stains than other materials.
Shedding is normal in wool rugs and occurs within the first 3-6 months. All our wool rugs use long-fiber wool, which is less prone to shedding than short fibers.
We got the large size rug for our family room. which is 10 meters in length and just 5 meter wide. We placed the rug just in front of our TV Unit, and the rug runs all the way underneath our sofa. It completely changed the look of our room. The color works well with our walls. We have painted them slight off white, which doesn’t cast a harsh look. Fringes are great, lucky for us our cat doesn’t try to play with them…yet!
