• Our delivery team will contact you to organize the shipping date and time. For all in-stock items, we offer next day delivery. For items which are custom-ordered, the delivery time varies from 2-3 weeks. During the COVID19 pandemic, there can be delays in arrival to Dubai. All our upholstery is shipped from Europe, where local and state restrictions have restricted our quick turnaround times.
• We offer free delivery within the UAE for all upholstery products. A 2-3 man team will deliver, and dispose the packing material. Our upholstery does not need to be assembled. Sectional sofas have clips which attach on the sides of each unit, and can be opened in case you need to move your sofa.
• We deliver 7 days a week between 12 pm to 6.30 pm. Please inform us if there are restrictions in the community you live in regarding the delivery time.
• Please measure and inform us of the size of your service elevator before the delivery if you are living in an apartment block. There will be an extra charge per floor if the item has to be brought up by staircase.
• For custom-made items there is no exchange or refund, as it has been specially manufactured for you. We accept exchanges if the item you received is broken. Please inspect the item at the time of delivery. We conduct a thorough quality check at our warehouse before we deliver each item, to ensure your complete satisfaction.
• International Deliveries: We do deliver internationally. For deliveries to GCC Countries the preferred mode of transport is via freight forwarder truck. The approximate time to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait is 4-5 days. For deliveries to the UK and Europe the transit time via sea-freight is 18-30 days. We will give you a doorr-to-door shipping quote before proceeding with the payment of your order.

• A 50% deposit is required for Pre-Orders. Our sales team will contact you once you place an order.
• Payment can be made by cash, debit card, credit card or bank transfer.
• If it is not possible for you to visit our showroom, a sales representative will visit you at your home with a POS Card machine to make the payment. He will also bring the actual fabric sample for you to confirm the choice you made for your sofa.
• The balance 50% is due at least a day before delivery. It can be paid at the showroom, or we will schedule a visit to you.
• Pre-Orders are customized specially for you, and cannot be cancelled, amended or returned. Please visit our showroom to see the actual fabric samples.
• Our sofas are manufactured in Europe, and use the highest quality of High-Resilience foam for a soft comfortable seating, The foam does not deform or loose shape. The frames of all our sofas are made from solid wood. We do not use chip-board, or any material which would compromise the strength of the frame.
• All our fabrics are manufactured in Europe. Many of them are water-resistant, and stains can be easily cleaned. Several offer scratch protection from your pet’s claws. You can find more information of this in the fabric detail section.
